At Nandita Arts, we want you to love your purchase. Each piece is created with care and attention to detail. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition and packaged securely.

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom or commissioned artwork.
• Digital downloads.
• Items marked as “Final Sale.”

2. How to Request a Return

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos if item was damaged

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will either issue a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund depending on the situation.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in progress or shipped.
