What if my painting gets lost?
I have not yet lost a painting in shipping, but even so I still ship every order with insurance. So if there is any damage or loss of the painting/package, rest assured that you will receive full reimbursement.
Do the paintings come ready to hang?
Yes; every painting comes pre-stretched on an inner wooden frame, ready to hang. The only case in which the paintings are not ready to hang are oversized orders, in which the listing will specifically state that the painting will come unstretched.
Can I request a custom order?
Of course! I love to work with my customers to help them decide upon the perfect painting for their home decor.
You can do this by:
1. Clicking the “Request a Custom Order” link on the shop home page or painting listing page.
2. Messaging me about what you are looking for and I can create a custom order for you.
3. All custom orders are non-refundable; only exchanges are accepted for custom orders.
Returns and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
