Payment
PayPal is preferred, but we also accept a large measure of credit cards.
Please include your phone # during checkout JUST IN CASE you need to be reached in very rare circumstances.
Shipping
-We normally ship your purchase by www.usps.com or www.fedex.com mail.
– USA: FedEx Ground Insured delivered to your door 3-4 working days (expedited upgrades available) or for smaller paintings and prints USPS
– Canada, UK or any international country : USPS Priority Mail w/tracking Insured (via regular carriers, transit time 7-15 days)
Ready to ship in
-Your painting will be shipped out (1 business) next days after payment is received.
-An email will be sent to you with a tracking number through FedEx or USPS once the painting has been shipped
-All orders must be signed upon delivery

Every painting is professionally packed with plastic wrapping and 1/2″ bubble wrap
For International Purchases:
-Please note that countries have their own taxes/duties/customs on items purchased. The customer has the responsibility to cover the custom fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
LOSS IN SHIPPING: All Artwork is insured. In the case of loss, the customer gets a refund and an insurance claim is filed on my end.
All original paintings are packaged carefully, fully protected and in custom made boxes, and though I rarely get any damage, anything is of course possible. In case of damage during shipping, please contact me as soon as you receive the shipment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 100% satisfaction guaranteed or you may return the painting for a refund (of the painting price). Once the painting arrives at your house, you then have 3 business days to return it on your expense. Please email us immediately before returning the item (in the same condition as it was sent to you), do not open the package if it is destroyed or damaged by the shipper. Once we receive your returned item we will issue a refund of your purchase price. The refund will be given as money back.
CUSTOM ORDERS: All custom orders are non-refundable, only exchanges will be accepted. Exchanges will only be accepted if I am notified within 3 business days of your receiving the painting.
