Custom Commission Art

Thank you for your interest in commissioning a custom artwork from Nandita Arts. Each piece is uniquely created to reflect your vision, and we’re excited to collaborate with you!

1. How to Request a Commission

To begin the custom artwork process:

• Contact us at nanditaarts@yahoo.com or fill out the commission inquiry form.
• Please include details such as:
  • Desired size
  • Subject/theme (e.g., abstract, landscape, musical instrument, etc.)
  • Color : Acrylic

We’ll respond within same day with availability and a quote.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing varies based on size, complexity, and materials.
• A 10% RESTOCKING FEE will be applied to all returned CUSTOM orders due to time and materials used in painting creation.

We accept payments via:

• Credit/debit card
• PayPal
• Other methods Paypal eccept all major credit card.

3. Timeline

• Standard completion time: 6–12 Days
• Rush commissions orders, Please contact nanditaarts.com

4. Revisions

• Please allow 6-10 working days for completion. I will send pictures for your approval before shipping, and once approved, the painting will be shipped immediately

5. Delivery & Shipping

• Once completed and fully paid, your artwork will be securely packaged and shipped with tracking.
• Shipping Free in USA.
• Clients are responsible for any international customs or import fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because custom art is made-to-order:

• All commissioned sales are final.
• No refunds or returns are accepted once the artwork is approved and completed.
• If there is damage during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

7. Usage Rights

• Nandita Arts retains the right to use images of the artwork for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
• The buyer may not reproduce the artwork for resale without written permission.
